WORKPLACE ERGONOMICS

Ergo Central Ltd are an independent company with over 20 years experience of assessing from standard DSE Assessments to specialist Ergonomic Assessments including Workplace Adjustments, Product User Training and Guidance, Installation and Maintenance.


Ergo Central Ltd cover all aspects of assessments, from basic DSE, responsive ergonomic to advanced medical, either face-to-face or remotely.


Onsite set up and installations of standard office equipment and ergonomic equipment is also part of our services.


Ergo Central does not provide ergonomic equipment, we do not have a shop. This enables our recommendations to be sincere, we are not trying to sell you something you simply do not need.


Our assessors will endeavor to use existing equipment in the first instance to promote postural support where required and only make recommendations should existing equipment not be suitable for the end user.

Ergo Central Ltd has a range of services to suit your requirements, whether it is standard DSE Assessments or a specialist Medical Assessments. Our staff range from highly trained DSE Assessors to qualified Physiotherapists, Occupational Health Specialists and experienced Ergonomic Assessors.

DSE ASSESSMENTS


Ergo Central Ltd representatives are qualified DSE Assessors that enables us to carry out face to face and remote assessments .


Carrying out a Level 1 DSE Assessment allows our assessors to analyse and modify the workstation set-up to help alleviate musculoskeletal discomfort and, as a result, increase your employees' well-being and productivity.

ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENTS


Ergo Central Ltd will provide specialist Ergonomic assessments to advise on products to assist with musculo-skeletal or neurological conditions that can cause discomfort at the workstation.


There are 2 different Ergonomic Assessment grades available, dependent upon the type of condition reported. Level 2 can be completed both online and in person, level 3 is in-person only.

DRIVER ASSESSMENTS


Ergo Central Ltd will assess the driver in their stationary vehicle and adjust the driving position to maximise postural support to the individual. 


The assessor will have access to a range of ergonomic demo products to trial with the driver during the assessment to ascertain any additional support that could be provided. 

Chair / Equipment Set Up


Ergo Central Ltd believe that to achieve the best comfort, productivity, and overall well-being for your employee, an ergonomic setup of the workstation and equipment, along with user training is an essential element that we believe to be more important than the equipment itself.


A trained representative will visit your place of work and carry out user training, product demonstration and a setup of your ergonomic chair. The representative will also offer expert advice and guidance on optimal positioning of workstation equipment to ensure each individual item will be adjusted as ergonomically as possible to the end-users needs.

Who Are Ergo Central?



Ergo Central Ltd have been in the Ergonomic Industry collectively for 40+ years. Our aim is to take the sales aspect out of the assessment services as this can become a catalyst for product placement where none is required. 



Of course, the skill is knowing when to change or introduce products and the knowledge is to know exactly which product will ensure the end user is going to benefit and be empowered to continue their role, not only comfortably but effectively. Our mission is to treat the assessment aspect of our industry as the key factor in providing the 'service' first, product when needed but above all, understanding the needs of our customers and their valuable staff.


Following on from the assessment is the all-important set up of ergonomic equipment. Alongside our partner company, Ergo Install Ltd we can add this invaluable service to what we do at Ergo Central Ltd on a Nationwide basis.
